This website is operated and maintained by LowCo Enterprises LLC. By using it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Separate legal businesses
LowCo Holdings is a shared brand and online showcase. It is not a separate legal entity, registered company, parent company, or holding company. The businesses featured here, including LowCo Transport LLC dba LowCo Waste, LowCo Enterprises LLC dba The Drifter Coffee, and Drawdy Logistics LLC, are independent legal entities. LowCo Enterprises LLC does not own LowCo Transport LLC.
Services and agreements are arranged directly with the relevant business, under that business's own terms. Nothing on this site creates a contract with any business.
3. Informational use only
Content on this site is general information. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not an offer of any investment. No transactions, account linking, payments, or transfers are available here.
4. Command Center
LowCo Command Center is a private application in development for authorized business users, operated by LowCo Enterprises LLC. There is no public signup, and production Plaid access is not currently active. Descriptions of planned features are not a promise that they will be available. Any access to the application is governed by separate terms.
5. Acceptable use
Use this website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, impersonate anyone, or send malicious code. Do not send passwords, bank credentials, or private financial records to us through this site or by email.
6. Names, content, and links
Business names and brand references identify the relevant businesses and remain the property of their respective owners. A shared brand does not imply common ownership of names or marks. You may not copy or reuse site content for commercial purposes without permission. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and policies.

To the extent permitted by law, this website is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted access, or fitness for a particular purpose.
