Privacy Policy

How information is handled on this public website and in the private LowCo Command Center application.

Effective date: October 12, 2026.

1. Who we are

LowCo Enterprises LLC operates and maintains the LowCo Holdings public website and the private LowCo Command Center application ("we," "us"). LowCo Holdings is a shared brand and online showcase. It is not a separate legal entity, parent company, or holding company. The businesses featured on this site are independent legal entities, and LowCo Enterprises LLC does not own LowCo Transport LLC. Each featured business may have its own privacy practices for its own services; this policy does not replace them.

Privacy questions and requests: lowcoenterprisesllc@gmail.com.

2. This public website

This website is informational. It has no account signup, login, bank linking, payment feature, or contact form, and it is not connected to Command Center's data, authentication, or financial connections. Please do not send financial information through this website.

  • Hosting. The website is built and hosted using Lovable. Like most hosting providers, Lovable may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the site.
  • Fonts. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google's servers to retrieve it, which may share your IP address and browser information with Google under Google's own privacy policy.
  • Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message, and use it to respond.

We have not added advertising, marketing cookies, or analytics tracking scripts to this website. We do not sell personal information collected through this website.

3. The Command Center application

Command Center is a private application in development for authorized business users. It has no public signup. It is designed for business operations, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, and it does not initiate payments or transfers.

Command Center may use Supabase to host its application data and authentication, and Plaid to connect authorized financial accounts. Command Center currently uses the Plaid Sandbox test environment only; production Plaid access is not active. Where an authorized user chooses to connect an account, the information received may include:

  • Account names, types, institution, and masked account details.
  • Current and available balances.
  • Transaction history, such as dates, amounts, descriptions, merchants, and categories.
  • Liability information, such as loan or credit balances, only if that feature is enabled and authorized.
  • User account details and records that authorized users enter.

Account connections take place through Plaid or the financial institution, and Command Center is not designed to receive or store bank login credentials. Plaid handles information under the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. The exact data fields, providers, and handling practices of Command Center are determined by its own implementation and may be described in more detail to its authorized users.

4. How information is used and shared

Command Center information is used for bookkeeping, reconciliation, read-only balance and transaction review, reporting, support, and recordkeeping. Access is intended to be limited to authorized users and to people who need it to operate or support the application. Being part of the shared LowCo brand does not by itself give one business access to another business's financial records.

Information may be processed by service providers that run the application (such as hosting, database, and financial-connection providers) and by connected financial institutions. It may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect against fraud, security issues, or misuse. We do not sell financial data or use it for targeted advertising.

5. Retention and deletion

Command Center does not yet have a formal written retention schedule. We intend to keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above and for applicable legal, accounting, tax, or dispute needs. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records.

Command Center does not currently offer self-service account disconnection or data deletion. Authorized users may request disconnection or deletion by emailing lowcoenterprisesllc@gmail.com, and requests are handled manually. Disconnecting an account may not by itself remove records already collected, and some information may be kept where the law requires it or in backups. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply, you may have the right to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or for details about how it is processed. Send requests to lowcoenterprisesllc@gmail.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. Never send bank passwords or full account numbers by email.

7. Security

Command Center is still in development and does not yet have a formal written incident response plan. No website, application, or transmission method is completely secure. See the Security page for more about how this website is kept separate from Command Center.

8. Children

This website and Command Center are intended for businesses and their authorized users, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our practices change and will post the revised version on this page with its effective date. We prefer to be contacted by email: lowcoenterprisesllc@gmail.com. See also the Contact page.
