LowCo Holdings is the name of this public umbrella brand and the intended domain lowcoholdings.com. It is only a shared brand and online showcase, not a separately incorporated entity, registered LLC or DBA, parent company, legal holding company, or owner of the affiliated businesses.
The businesses introduced here span dumpster rental and trucking through LowCo Waste, and a coffee shop, trailer, and online retail through The Drifter Coffee. Drawdy Logistics LLC is included only as an affiliated entity.
Separate entities. Clear responsibilities.
LowCo Enterprises LLC is responsible for operating and maintaining both the LowCo Holdings public website and the private LowCo Command Center app. That responsibility does not make it the operator or owner of the other featured businesses.
LowCo Transport LLC does business as LowCo Waste. LowCo Enterprises LLC does business as The Drifter Coffee. Each business is independently operated by its respective LLC. LowCo Enterprises LLC does not own LowCo Transport LLC. A shared brand or affiliation does not establish common ownership, a partnership, an agency relationship, or a guarantee of another entity's obligations.
